The renewable energy sector has got a new player now, in the form of Avyan Renewable Solar Pvt Ltd.
The new company has been formed by Pashupathy Shankar Gopalan, who used to head the Indian operations of the renewable energy company, SunEdison, till the company collapsed in April last year.
Papers have been filed with the Registrar of Companies, and they say Avyan Renewable Solar Pvt Ltd is into “steam and hot water supply”, said a report in Business Line.
It is learnt that the company has been formed with an authorised capital of Rs 10 lakh and is headquartered in Chennai.
