Haryana Civil Aviation Department has invited Expression of Interest (EoI) for the development of Integrated Aviation Hub in Hisar.

According to an official, the hub will be built on Private Participation on Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) basis.

The proposed ‘Integrated Aviation Hub’ would be developed on about 3,000 acres of government land adjoining the existing Hisar airfield, PTI quoted him as saying.

This would cater to facilities comprising passenger airport, maintenance repair and overhaul of aircraft, airframe, engine and components, the spokeperson said.
