Bids invited for biomedical waste facility in Bihar

Bids have been invited by Bihar Medical Services & Infrastructure Corporation to set up biomedical waste management facility.

The scope of work involves establishing and operating common biomedical waste management facility at the Bihar State Institute of Mental Health & Allied Sciences at Koelwar in Bhojpur district under PPP mode.

Bihar Medical Services & Infrastructure Corporation Limited (BMSICL) was incorporated on 26 July 2010 under section 617 of Indian Company Act 1956. It was set up under the aegis of the Department of Health and Family Welfare (DoHFW).

BMSICL was established by the government of Bihar with an objective to expedite creation of and streamlining of existing infrastructure and services in the healthcare sector.
