ACC to invest Rs 600 cr in RMC plants

ACC is apparently planning to invest Rs 600 crore to set up five ready-mix concrete (RMC) plants and also to undertake various debottlenecking projects across its units.

Recently, the company completed investment of Rs 2,700 crore in an integrated project involving setting up of 2.79 million tonne per annum (mtpa) of clinker and 1.1 mtpa of grinding facility at Jamul in Chhattisgarh and grinding unit of 1.35 mtpa at Sindri in Jharkhand.

ACC is one of the leading manufacturers of cement in India. It has a wide network of factories and sales offices across the country.
