ZF opens its first tech centre in India

ZF Friedrichshafen AG has opened its first technology center in India in Hyderabad, the capital city of Telangana.

The inaugural event saw the pariticpation of Telangana chief minister K Chandrashekar Rao, CEO of ZF Friedrichshafen AG, Dr Stefan Sommer, Chief Digital Officer and executive lead for the India Technology Center (ITC) Mamatha Chamarthi and other senior officials of the state government and ZF.

Speaking on the occasion, Sommer said: “At ZF, we are experiencing substantial growth in many regions, and this is especially true in India.”

He added: “In a dynamically changing and increasingly digital world, speed is of the essence and we are proud to have been able to complete the set-up in a short period of time.”
