UAE-based Rainbow Hospitality group has revealed its plans to expand its operations in Kerala.
John Manjooran, CEO of the group said, “We have set up a Rs 6 crore centralised kitchen at Njarrakal in Kochi which can make 10,000 dishes daily for catering.”
The group which runs several restaurants in Dubai and Sharjah with strong presence in the food catering business has started services in Kerala starting from Kochi.
Stating that the group will open its services in Kannur and Kozhikode districts next month, Manjooran added: “Its next centralised kitchen will be started in Kannur. Our aim is to cover all districts in the state over the course of time.”
Rainbow Hospitality will also open outlets selling its branded food products like biriyani and meat dishes.
