NLC invites bids for solar power project

State-run power sector major NLC India has invited bids for installation of 2×10 MW (AC) grid interactive solar PV power project in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

The scope of work involves installation of grid interactive solar PV power project with eight MW hour battery energy storage system including operation and maintenance of the entire system for a period of 10 years after one year warranty period at Attam Pahad and Dolly Gunj, Port Blair in South Andaman district.

NLC India Limited formerly Neyveli Lignite Corporation is a ‘Navratna’ profit making, Government of India Entreprise engaged in mining of lignite and generation of power through lignite based thermal power plants.
