MEP’s SPVs achieve financial closure

MEP Infrastructure Developers Ltd has said its Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) MEP Longjian ACR Private Limited, MEP Longjian CLR Private Limited and MEP Longjian Loha Waranga Road Private Limited have achieved the financial closure as per the Concession Agreement executed with the National Highways Authority of India dated July 4, 2018, for the project(s) as detailed below:

While MEP Longjian ACR Private Limited’s project is four laning of AusaChakur Section of NH361 from km. 55.835 to km. 114.345 in the State of Maharashtra on Hybrid Annuity Mode, MEP Longjian CLR Private Limited was entrusted with four laning of Chakur – Loha Section of NH-361 from km. 114.600 to km. 187.800 in Maharashtra on Hybrid Annuity Mode.

The project by MEP Longjian Loha Waranga Road Private Limited is four Laning of Loha – Waranga Section of NH-361 from km. 187.800 to km. 244.369 in Maharashtra on Hybrid Annuity Mode.

The construction period of all three projects is two years, while the concession period is 15 years (excluding construction period as stated above). The cost of the first project is Rs 848.63 crore, the second project is Rs 1000.10 crore and the third is Rs 1073.10 crore.
