Himachal Pradesh Industries and Technical Education Minister Bikram Thakur has said that state government was planning to set up two industrial parks in Kangra.
These parks would be developed by private companies and land for the parks had been identified and transferred to the Industries Department, the Minister said.
He said this while addressing a public meeting at Rakkar in the Jaswan-Pragpur Assembly constituency after inaugurated Block A of the Government Degree College at Dadaseba.
According to Thakur, under the National Skill Qualification Framework project, students in 873 schools were being trained for better employment avenues. He said this year, 80 more schools would be brought under the purview of this project.
